Working with Betsy as my nurse coach was an overwhelmingly blessed experience. I was shocked how well we were paired together. She was exactly what I needed. Gentle and authentic, understanding and yet still encouraging to have me do my best. She excepted my limits and still managed to make feel like I was winning and was able to point out progression even when I thought there had been none. She truly believed in my ability to overcome the hardships I was dealing with and her belief never wavered. I would definitely recommend her services to all!

I was planning my wedding, working many hours in our vaccine clinic and working through ongoing adjustments with my mother-in-law. Our coaching sessions gave me an opportunity to clear my mind, talk through my stresses and work through things that were keeping me from being truly happy. It was great to have the space to open up honestly and not feel judged negatively for sharing.
It was very easy to work with you. I really appreciate your flexibility in scheduling since we both lead busy lives. I think that my biggest positive about our coaching relationship was that you took the time to listen which created a safe space for me.
We were able to talk through some situations in my life and I didn’t feel so isolated and alone in struggles. I felt like I had more options and skills to manage stressful situations and took the initiative to put myself first.
I think that as far as insights go, I feel more comfortable and likely to put myself as more of a priority, which has impacted many areas of my life.
I don’t think that I would limit anyone from working with you as a coach. I think you’ll be a successful coach around numerous topics and problem areas.

Betsy and I worked on mindfulness. She was my first partner and I was a little nervous with the whole process. She quickly set me at ease with her receptiveness. We had wonderful conversations and shared ideas about mindfulness and its importance. She introduced me to “heart math” which looks at the science behind the relationship between the heart and the brain respectively and HRV (heart rate variability).
The mindfulness practices she led me through were well prepared, thoughtful and relevant to me. She gave me a sense of ease in our time together. I felt the space she held for me was completely safe and I had permission to melt into the practices she led. One in particular, where she led me into a safe container, I saw it as a sphere, as the core of the world, the core of creation, was very powerful and revealing to me. Reminding me of how we are all interconnected with each other, with nature, with the universe.

My life was busy with work, school, and the recent passing of my boyfriend’s 91 yr. Old father. Doing mindfulness with you was a very positive and peaceful experience. I looked forward to our sessions and trying to use the mindfulness technique you provided.
My experience with you was so much fun. You have an easy-going personality and provided me with a tremendous sense of peace and calmness after our session. I liked that you did something completely different than I had experienced with doing mindfulness. I practice nurse coaching as well and I used those techniques during some of my sessions.
I realized that there is no right or wrong way to do a mindfulness session. I enjoy mindfulness in a way I never thought I could through your methods. I learned a lot just through the delivery of your mindfulness activities.
I learned that you can do mindfulness anywhere when I needed to have a sense of calm in a moment of chaos whether it is at home or work. Even something as simple as closing my eyes and taking a deep breath can change my mood and provide a sense of calm.
I would recommend your coaching to anyone who needs that moment of calm in their life when stress, chaos, and negative moments make it difficult to have clarity and focus.
